Welcome to Vard Label LTD (“Vard Label,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (the “Site”) and the purchase of products (“Products”) from Vard Label. By accessing our Site or purchasing Products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Products and Orders

2.2. Order Acceptance: Orders placed through our Site are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspicion of fraud.
2.3. Prices: Prices for our Products are subject to change without notice. Such changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent a shipping confirmation.
3. Shipping and Delivery
3.1. Shipping: We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on the destination.
3.2. Delivery: We aim to deliver Products within the timeframe indicated at checkout. However, we do not guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as customs delays or force majeure events.
3.3. International Orders: International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the Product price or shipping cost.
4. Returns and Refunds
4.1. Return Policy: We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective Products within 5 days of delivery. Please contact us at hello@vardlabel.com to initiate a return.
4.2. Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within a reasonable timeframe after we receive the returned Product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. Ownership: All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Vard Label or its content suppliers and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright laws.
5.2. Use of Content: You may not use, reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works of any content on the Site without our express written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. Disclaimer: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. 7.2. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Lagos, Nigeria.
8. Miscellaneous
8.1. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
8.2. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Vard Label LTD regarding your use of the Site and purchase of Products, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
